Walk-ins

Don't want to book?

Walk-in appointments are taking place at locations across Birmingham and Solihull.

These appointments are for first and second doses (second dose appointments must be at least eight weeks after the first appointment) and boosters providing it has been six months since your second vaccination (for more information on boosters see ‘Latest Booster Information below’)

Locations are subject to change, so please check this page on the day you are planning to attend.

The Pfizer vaccine is available for all over 18s. It is also available for 16 and 17 year olds in some locations. Please check the table below for a full list of vaccination centres offering vaccines to people 16 and over.

The AstraZeneca vaccine is available for people aged over 40 and over.

Latest Booster Information for 18-39 year olds (updated 3 December)

Following updated guidance from the JCVI on boosters for 18-39s, the NHS will be expanding the booster programme – booster jabs will be given in priority order so that the most vulnerable people are protected first, while also increasing capacity to vaccinate millions more people in a shorter space of time.

The NHS will contact you when you are due to book in for your lifesaving booster vaccination, and when you get the call, it’s vital that people come forward as quickly as possible.

Walk-in survey

Thank you for visiting our walk-in page. To help improve the vaccine programme, we’d appreciate it if you answered a couple of quick questions for us. We won’t ask for any personal details and it’ll only take a few seconds.

Queues are likely at our mobile van and walk-in locations. If you would prefer to book, please call 119 or visit www.nhs.uk/covid-vaccination

People who live in the Black Country or West Birmingham can find out a list of available walk-in sessions on the Black Country and West Birmingham CCG website.

PLEASE NOTE: These walk-in and mobile clinics may be subject to short notice changes. Please do check the times and dates on the day before you travel to the centre.
